Robert Kapusta is a former President of the Milford Bar Association. From 1988 to 2007, he was the Director of the New Haven Legal Assistance Bureau. In 2004, the Connecticut Bar Association recognized attorney Kapusta for outstanding service to Connecticut Legal Assistance. He also co-chaired the municipal Courthouse Committee, which oversaw the construction of the new Milford, Connecticut, courthouse.

Paul Lewis Otzel is a former Secretary and past President of the Milford Bar Association and currently serves that organization as Executive Secretary. He has been recognized by the United States Bankruptcy Court for outstanding pro bono service in the Connecticut Bankruptcy Court.

Vincent J. Averaimo is a  former Milford Law Day ceremonies chair. He is a recipient of the New Haven Business Times Forty under 40 award in recognition of Professional achievement and community involvement. He also donates his time speaking to high school students about Connecticut law and legal issues that face young people in today's society. Vincent is also a member of Milford Progress, Inc. and the New Haven Chapter of Gotham Networking, Inc.
