Mr. Kapusta has four children, Robert Kapusta, Jr., Caroline Black Sikorske, Mark Kapsuta and Kevin Kapusta. All of his children entered the legal profession and have had distinguished careers.
Robert Kapusta, Jr., in addition to being of counsel to Kapusta, Otzel & Averaimo and a Certified Public Accountant is a partner in the St. Petersburg firm of Fisher Sauls, P.A. Robert concentrates on tax, commercial, estate and real estate law.
Caroline Black Sikorske is a named partner in the Tampa Firm of Mason, Black & Caballero, P.A. , focusing on martrimonial law.
Mark Kapsuta is the managing attorney in the Sarasota Office of Bohdan Neswiacheny practicing in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury and employment discrimination.
