Personal information
Mr. Otzel is married to Colleen Otzel, and they have two children, Richard and Daniel. Richard is an attorney with the Florida law firm of Mierzwa Associates, P.A., specializing in representing public and private labor organizations. Daniel is a senior at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut.
