Recently, we have changed our procedures to allow closing to take place as safely as possible considering the COVID 19 restrictions and precautions.
Our office is fully staffed allowing us to coordinate with the bank to close on your loan with no delays. We continue to remain socially distant and undertake proper sanitizing measures within the office. When you call, someone will answer the phone. Should you send an email we will have your file available to answer any and all questions you may have.
At your closing, we have developed new procedures to keep our clients and staff safe and will offer the option to close in our large conference room, remaining socially distant while wearing masks, or, outside of our office in the comfort of your own vehicle. This procedure can be discussed with our office prior to the closing and has proven successful in allowing our clients to remain comfortable while transacting business.
Client photo IDs will be requested and provided electronically rather than in person. When you come to the office you will call the office when you arrive as opposed to coming inside. If you enter the office, clients will wear a face mask or cloth face covering when they are inside. We can provide a mask if available. Clients should bring their own pen with blue ink or we can provide one if necessary.
